Our background and mission

Fi-MIM makes our expertise and knowledge, gathered in various top-notch institutions as well as projects that shaped the industry, directly available to our clients.

Our founder has worked for multiple leading institutions (both sell and buy side) in the industry as well as leading consultancies, with a focus on corporate and institutional business of leading banks, brokers as well as market infrastructure providers (e.g., exchanges, data providers) etc.

• Investment and commercial banks (with a focus on emerging markets, bonds and structured finance)
• A global asset manager (focussing on the b2b business as well as regional marketing and sales steering)
• Strategy consultancies (focusing on the institutional business) serving more than 100 leading institutions across Europe, USA and Asia

Throughout his career, the focus of his work shifted from the broader perspective (macro-environment / strategy) and broader business optimizations to a detailed end 2 end responsibilities in larger projects, e.g., in the area of Post Merger Integrations, closing of regulatory findings (with a focus on data management, MIS implementations, Trade Pattern Recognition and IT-Infrastructure optimizations) as well as process analysis and optimization (working with various analysis, documentation tools)
